ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Operating Room (Day Shift) in Kinston, North Carolina.

Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
Four 10-hour day shifts per week, Monday to Friday. Arrive at 6:45 a.m. for huddle; shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Rotating weeknight and weekend call. Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed.
Job Description
The Operating Room Nurse provides pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care as part of the surgical team. Experience with general, orthopedic, urology, gynecology, c-sections, ophthalmology, vascular, dental, and ENT services is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care in the operating room environment.
- Collaborate with the surgical team during procedures.
- Monitor patient status and communicate effectively with team members.
- Document care in the EPIC system.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of OR experience.
- Epic experience required.
Certifications/Licensure
- Active North Carolina or compact RN license.
- ACLS and BLS required; PALS preferred; CNOR a plus.
