Anyone can refer to a nurse or allied health professional—whether you're a current ARMS employee, a former traveler, or simply a fan of our team.
Referred candidates must be new to our agency and not already in our database (or have not been contacted by a recruiter within the past six months).
Submit your referral through our online form, in the ARMS app, or send directly to your recruiter with their full name and contact information.
Earn up to $500 per successful referral, depending on the assignment length and specialty. There’s no cap on how many nurses you can refer—more referrals, more rewards!
Rewards are processed within 30 days after the referred employee meets the eligibility criteria.
