Schedule/Shift

Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00).

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in this role will provide care for patients in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The nurse will ensure that all requirements for patient care and safety are met while effectively communicating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care according to established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document all patient interactions and updates in the electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop patient care strategies.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year combined permanent experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• Active Ohio nursing license or compact license in hand at time of submission.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applied for is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required and in hand at the time of submission.
