Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit, you will provide quality patient care for individuals with medical and surgical needs. This role requires a solid understanding of telemetry and effective management of patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient assessments and care plans accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry.
• Previous charge experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at the time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
