ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (Night Shift) in Charleston, West Virginia.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

3x12 hour Night Shift, from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit features 32 beds and supports a diverse patient population, including cardiac, vascular, surgical, pulmonary, and telemetry patients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, responding to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry specialty.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in West Virginia or Compact RN license.
• BLS/BCLS certification and ACLS certification are required.
