Job Description
The Registered Nurse in this role will provide high-quality care in the Telemetry unit, monitoring patients with complex cardiac conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry data.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care and updates accurately.
- Collaborate with medical staff to implement treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
Required Experience
Previous experience in a telemetry unit or similar care environment is required.
Certifications/Licensure
Current RN license to practice in Texas is required. BLS certification is also required.
