Night shift from 18:45 to 07:15, with a patient ratio of 3 or 4:1.
Job Description
This role is located in a trauma and stroke center, focusing on chest pain cases. The facility features a 10-room, 19-bed/chair unit, utilizing the MEDHOST EMR system.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients experiencing trauma, stroke, and chest pain.
- Utilize the MEDHOST EMR system for patient documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs and conditions.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency department.
- Previous travel experience is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Active RN licensure.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS or TNCC certifications (AHA or ARC).
- All titers must be provided at the time of submission.
