ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, MS/Tele (Day Shift) in Canton, Ohio.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Day shift, 3-12 hour shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM. Must work at least every other holiday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide quality care in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit. Responsibilities will include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and maintaining accurate patient records using Epic EMR. The nurse will be part of an interdisciplinary team, engaging with patients and their families to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and ECG readings.
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in Epic.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding treatment and care plans.

Required Experience

• 12 months of combined permanent experience in MS/Tele required.
• Must have an active Permanent Ohio license or Compact State license in hand at the time of submission.
• Must have Epic experience.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIH certification must be obtained prior to start.
