Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services to patients across various settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises and interventions. The therapist will also manage a diverse patient caseload and utilize Epic for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for patients across all age groups and diagnoses.
• Document patient progress and modify plans as needed in Epic.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
• Facilitate patient education and support throughout the rehabilitation process.

Required Experience

1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist is required. New graduates are also welcome to apply.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Alaska is required; pending licenses will not be accepted.
