ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Outpatient (Day Shift) in Anchorage, Alaska.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Work schedule options include 4x10 hour shifts or 5x8 hour shifts during the day, with some Saturday requirements.

Job Description

This position involves working with neuro and ortho patients, as well as medically complex cases, in an outpatient setting. The facility is a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma Acute Hospital, recognized as one of the Best Hospitals in Alaska. Documentation is completed using the Epic charting system.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient therapeutic environment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid AK Physical Therapist license (pending license accepted).
