Night shift - 3x12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist will provide care and support to patients in various Cleveland Clinic facilities, including potential travel to Avon, Euclid, Fairview, Lutheran, and the Pulmonary Main Campus. Responsibilities include administering respiratory therapies, performing diagnostic tests, and ensuring the provision of quality care to patients with respiratory conditions.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory care and treatments to patients as prescribed by their physician.
• Monitor patient responses to therapies and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate health records.
• Assist in patient education regarding respiratory therapies and procedures.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• NBRC certification as an RRT must be active and in hand at the time of submission.
• BLS certification must be active and in hand at the time of submission.
• Ohio RRT license must be active and in hand at the time of submission.
