Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical unit will provide comprehensive care to patients, monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Monitor and record patient vitals and medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare practices and medication regimens.

Required Experience

All candidates must have at least 2 years of nursing experience, with prior travel nursing experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required. A valid Registered Nurse license is mandatory.
