Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with every other weekend required.
Job Description
Join a dedicated team at an 86-bed acute care facility known for providing world-class patient experience and quality care. The Emergency Department focuses on a variety of patient populations, including neonates, children, adolescents, and adults.
Responsibilities
- Conduct triage and rapid assessment of patients.
- Perform critical thinking and prioritization in emergency situations.
- Administer resuscitation and care for various medical emergencies.
- Engage in trauma stabilization and treatment for neurological, cardiac, and respiratory conditions.
- Manage cases involving drug overdoses, mental health issues, and miscellaneous co-morbidities.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medicine.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.
