Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:00, 12-hour shifts.

Job Description

Join Harris Regional Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical unit. This role involves providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a 24-bed unit, maintaining excellent patient experience and outcomes. You will utilize the Paragon electronic health record system and work collaboratively within a team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
