Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a 13-bed adult medical/surgical unit. This role requires developing and implementing total nursing care through patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, and care planning while collaborating with health care team members to maintain professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing leadership by collaborating with ancillary staff and patient team members.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with hospital standards.

Required Experience

Minimum of 6 months of medical/surgical nursing experience is required.

Certifications / Licensure

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
