Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a 13-bed adult medical-surgical unit. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure high standards of care. The role requires effective leadership and the ability to maintain professional nursing practices in a clinical setting.

Required Experience
