Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will develop and implement total nursing care for patients through thorough assessment, appropriate nursing diagnosis, and individualized patient care plans. You will also provide leadership by collaborating effectively with ancillary nursing and other healthcare team members to uphold professional nursing standards in the clinical setting. Care will be directed towards diverse populations, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Advocate for patients and their families in healthcare settings.

Required Experience

Two years of experience as an LPN in a Medical-Surgical setting is required.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Valid Oklahoma LPN license.
