Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
- Assist with daily living activities for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a clinical setting.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification required.
