Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the medical-surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide optimal patient care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and manage patient records with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting required.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license in state of employment.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
