Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse with cardiac drip experience to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for managing and titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will float between units, primarily to Telemetry or Medical-Surgical floors if staffing requires.
Responsibilities
- Manage and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips.
- Provide patient care in a Stepdown/PCU setting.
- Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Required Experience
1 year of experience in a PCU or Stepdown unit with a patient ratio experience of 4-5.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN License
- ACLS Certification
- BLS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
