Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a stepdown or PCU unit with experience in managing cardiac drips, including titration. The position requires a commitment to float between units, specifically tele or MS floors if overstaffed. There is no on-call requirement.
Responsibilities
The RN will be responsible for:
- Managing and titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips.
- Providing care in accordance with the unit's patient diagnoses, including CHF and chest pain.
- Ensuring compliance with Epic charting requirements.
- Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a stepdown or PCU setting.
- Experience in managing and titrating cardiac drips is a must.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license (Compact license must be in hand at submission).
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
