Job Description
We are seeking a PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse with cardiac drip experience. This role requires the ability to titrate and manage cardiac and vasoactive drips. The position may float between units if overstaffed, with travelers being the first to float to Telemetry or Med-Surg floors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage patients with various cardiac conditions.
- Administer and adjust medication drips as prescribed.
- Float between PCU, Telemetry, and Med-Surg units as necessary.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a PCU or Stepdown unit.
- Experience managing and titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license (Compact license must be in hand at submission).
- ACLS and BLS certification required.
