Schedule

8-hour day shift, with 36 hours guaranteed and an expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. Overtime must be approved by the director.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and rehabilitation. The role includes seeing 12-14 patients per day, with an expectation of 60 visits per week. Follow-up visits will be double-booked.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions to promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
