Behavioral Health Technician - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights - 8 Hour shifts from 12 AM to 8 AM, with weekends and holidays as assigned.

Job Description

Join a beautiful brand new facility specializing in acute inpatient behavioral health. We are seeking candidates with experience in restraint usage to support our adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients dealing with mental health and behavioral disorders, as well as substance abuse issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support for individuals with mental health and behavioral disorders.
• Maintain a safe environment by utilizing restraint methods when necessary.
• Document patient interactions and care interventions using Epic and paper charting.
• Participate in ongoing training, including de-escalation techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active PA license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in behavioral health or psychiatric facilities.
