Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide essential care and assistance to residents in an Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and health conditions.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Experience in a similar clinical setting preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required.
