Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will have strong ICU experience and will be proficient in performing advanced procedures. Nurses will work in a fast-paced environment with a mix of patient acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Monitor and manage patients' care in a critical care environment.
• Perform advanced nursing procedures including, but not limited to, central line and arterial line insertion, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently using Meditech.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Previous ICU experience is mandatory.
• Willingness to float to med/surg if necessary based on staffing needs.
