Registered Nurse - Telemetry/ICU

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Telemetry and ICU settings. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will float between telemetry and ICU units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and critical care nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Telemetry and ICU.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, and manage dysrhythmias.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient rounds.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Telemetry and ICU experience is essential.
