3x12.0 shifts: Days/Evenings/Nights, weekends, on call and holidays as needed.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care for geriatric residents in a long-term care environment. Responsibilities include direct patient care, conducting assessments, documentation, and implementing nursing care plans. The RN will also oversee LPN and CNA colleagues and administer medications. Strong communication, flexibility, and delegation skills are highly desirable.

• Maintain excellent communication with staff and families

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current NYS RN License
• Two (2) years of experience in a long-term care setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
