Radiation Therapist Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: AM 5 × 8 hr shifts, 40 hours/week. Hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in radiation therapy to provide high-quality patient care using Elekta Linac and Elekta Mosaiq OIS.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with medical team members to develop treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report any issues to the healthcare team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (R.T.(T)) is required.
• Experience with Elekta Linac and Elekta Mosaiq OIS preferred.
• Valid state licensure in Radiation Therapy.
