Schedule

Day shift, Monday to Friday, with a work schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hybrid role encompassing both inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) services. The position typically involves managing 1-3 adult OP case loads per day, while the remainder will focus on acute hospital settings. The candidate must be adept at independently performing Modified Barium Swallow Studies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients with speech and language impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certifications required: BLS, CCC-SLP.
• Must possess a valid state license for California; pending licenses are not accepted.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate competence in acute care settings.
