Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - SNF Experience Required

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with over 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of patient care and demonstrate proficiency with Rehab Optima (Net Health). Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for patients with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Utilize Rehab Optima (Net Health) for documentation and patient tracking.
• Track and analyze patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Proficiency with Rehab Optima (Net Health) is highly preferred.

Schedule

This position offers a day shift with guaranteed hours of 38 per week.
