Job Description

We are seeking a professional and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Level 2 ICU team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a specialized environment, including open heart procedures, neuro surgery, and trauma care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and manage a caseload of critical care patients.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as CRRT, Impella, and EVDs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in status.
• Participate in floating to various units as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 2 years of PCU experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Willingness to float to other units as needed.
