Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with critical care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in adult trauma and burns, along with experience in managing complex respiratory conditions. Candidates open to training in pediatrics are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing patients in adult critical care settings.
• Providing respiratory therapy including oxygen therapy and ventilator management.
• Working with patients requiring advanced interventions such as tracheostomy care and ECMO support.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience.
• Active RRT credential and Washington State license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, and PALS preferred.
• Experience with all adult trauma and medically complex patients.
