Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CVICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a challenging environment. This position includes weekend and holiday rotations and may require call and float support to various units. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to expedite the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals in the CVICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and respond to their needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
• Float to other units as necessary based on staffing needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months CVICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Active RN license with no hits on state license to practice.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (ACLS and BLS).
• Active license to practice verified within the last 30 days.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
