Job Description

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role emphasizes empowering clinicians, prioritizing patient care, and fostering a work environment where you can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven occupational therapy services.
• Accurately document care using a web-based EMR system.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Meet clinical, departmental, and regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree from a CAOTE accredited school.
• Licensed (or eligible) in Maryland.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• New grads or experienced clinicians are welcome.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Strong communication, time management, and flexibility skills.
