Schedule

4x10-Hour shift (06:30 - 17:00). Flexibility to work 5x8 shifts may be required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OR RN Circulator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong orthopedic and robotic experience, along with skills in charge nursing. This role requires expertise in various surgical procedures and the ability to manage patient care effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as the OR circulator.
• Assist in managing operating room activities and coordinating with the surgical team.
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for their needs throughout the surgical process.
• Maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are sterile and functioning properly.
• Document patient information and surgical procedures accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an OR setting.
• Strong ortho experience and robotic experience are essential.
• Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
• Charge experience is a plus.
• Valid state nursing license required prior to start.
