Job Description

Join our Labor & Delivery unit, where you will play a crucial role in providing care to both low risk and high risk obstetric patients. Working collaboratively with physicians, midwives, and doulas, you will ensure exceptional patient experiences while performing various procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and delivery procedures including cerclages, versions, c-sections, and vaginal deliveries.
• Provide care for patients, including those with epidurals and those unblocked/unepiduralized.
• Circulate during c-sections and care for fetal demise cases.
• Deliver couplet care for mothers and their newborns.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Maintain current NRP, BLS, ACLS certifications.
• EFM-C or AWHONN certification preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong collaboration skills and be comfortable with high acuity situations.
