Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a multi-modality position that includes home health, outpatient, and acute care services. The therapist will be required to conduct home health visits and work at various area facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in home health, outpatient, and acute care settings.
• Work effectively with patients recovering from post-operative procedures, sports injuries, and geriatrics.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience

• Strong general experience in physical therapy across various settings.
• Must have outpatient experience.
• Preference for experience with sports injuries and geriatrics.
