Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in the Acute Care and Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. As part of a supportive and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population, including those recovering from strokes, surgeries, and critical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the physical therapy field within the last year.
• Preferred experience in Acute Care and Inpatient Rehabilitation, with a focus on NICU and ICU settings.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
