Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide care and rehabilitation services. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to improving the physical capacity and overall wellness of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
