Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide care for expecting mothers during the perinatal and delivery process. The RN will be responsible for basic and intermediate fetal monitoring, medication titrations, labor management, and recovery of C-section patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform cervical dilation checks and manage labor progression.
• Activate rapid response teams as necessary.
• Document patient care accurately using computerized systems (EPIC).
• Provide care based on a patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:2.
• Utilize isolation precautions and personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and provide lactation support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in fetal monitoring.
• Valid RN license in Oklahoma or compact state.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS preferred.
