Job Description

The MedSurg 3 North (612) unit is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is ideal for professionals looking to make an impact in a supportive environment that focuses on patient-centered care. The nurse will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient care effectively within the MedSurg unit.
• Perform routine assessments and administer medications as prescribed.
• Utilize telemetry and other medical equipment to monitor patient conditions.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR - Meditech.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Preferred: 3 years or more nursing experience in a MedSurg setting.
