Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support our team during an upcoming strike period. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. This position is specifically for night shifts and requires a commitment to fulfill the strike assignment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards and best practices
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in orientation sessions to prepare for assignment

Schedule

This position requires working night shifts from 06:00 PM to 06:00 AM, specifically during the strike dates from September 15 to September 16, 2026. Onboarding must be completed by September 14, 2026.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active nursing license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, as applicable
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation of vaccination/declination
• Completion of the Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam and Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening
• Successful passage of a 10-panel drug screening
