Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care for a diverse population, primarily focused on geriatric and adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' health status and provide necessary interventions.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Provide support to float to medical detox, ICU, OB, or ER as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold an active RN license in Tennessee.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience preferred.
