Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare teams, and demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage patient assignments effectively.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and care standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in patient and family education as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required prior to start.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting preferred.
