12 Hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients while conducting assessments and implementing care plans. This role involves collaboration with the healthcare team to monitor patient progress and make informed recommendations for ongoing care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and document observations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Required Experience

Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and previous experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.

Certifications/Licensure

Current RN license in the state of Tennessee. BLS certification required.
