Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Ortho/Spine unit. This facility is focused on delivering high-quality patient care, particularly for patients undergoing knee and hip replacements as well as multi-level spine surgeries. The role requires a dedication to patient experience and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the Ortho/Spine unit.
• Utilize advanced equipment and technology to assist with patient recovery.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their hospital stay.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• RN License required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on compassion and teamwork.
• Experience in Ortho/Spine nursing preferred.
