Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to McLaren Northern's strict attendance policy. This policy includes a 3-strike rule for attendance, where absences and lateness may result in termination.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
• Adhere to established protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care and progress accurately
• Float to other areas as qualified

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Michigan RN license
• Travel experience is preferred
