Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Observation Unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment with a focus on telemetry and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform telemetry monitoring and Foley insertion.
• Initiate IV starts and other patient care activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license and BLS certification are required.
• Telemetry Certification preferred.
• Med-Surge Certification is a plus.
