Registered Nurse - Acute Cardio Unit

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, 7 PM - 7 AM. Candidates must work every other weekend.

Job Description

The Acute Cardio Unit is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in managing patients with acute cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Acute Cardio Unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments and interventions in the electronic health record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical specialty.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Active RN license required.
